    Company formation abroad

Company formation abroad: what really matters

Forming a company abroad is no longer a privilege of large corporations. Digital registers, formation by power of attorney and international banks have opened the way for entrepreneurs, freelancers and online businesses. The question is not whether a formation abroad is possible, but whether it fits your business model, your residence and your goals.

The tax rate is just one factor among many. Equally important are the substance requirements of the target country, the recognition of the structure by the tax office where you live, access to a reliable business account and the ongoing costs of administration and compliance. The best structures combine an attractive tax rate with a set-up that works in practice – in the target country and at home.

That is why we look at your situation as a whole: where do you live, where are your clients, what will your business look like in three years, and what role could a change of residence play? On this basis we compare the suitable locations and legal forms and then guide you through the entire formation process – from preparing the documents and registration to a fully operational company. Transparent, clearly documented and built to last.

    FAQ

    FAQ on company formation abroad

Can I keep my residence in my home country and still form a company abroad?

Yes – with the right structure. Where your company is managed and how it is held determines where profits are taxed. Which countries and models work with your current residence is something we clarify in the initial call, before you spend a single euro.

Which country is right for me?

That depends on your business model, clients, residence and plans. Online entrepreneurs often choose a US LLC, holdings Malta or Cyprus, those relocating Bulgaria, Cyprus or Dubai, and manufacturing businesses Hungary. That is exactly what the initial call is for.

Do I have to travel to the country for the formation?

In most countries, the formation can be handled by power of attorney. We tell you in advance what works without travelling and what does not.

How much does a company formation abroad cost?

That varies greatly by country, legal form and scope of services. Instead of a flat figure, you receive a detailed cost overview after the initial call, covering formation, business address and ongoing costs.

    Is a company abroad legal?

Of course, when it is set up properly: with real substance, correct reporting in your country of residence and proper administration. That is exactly the standard we build every structure to.

How long does a formation take?

Depending on the country, between a few days (USA, Estonia, United Kingdom) and three to four weeks (Malta, Switzerland). The timeline depends mainly on authorities and notary appointments, which we plan in from the start.
